The prediction board here on EW is pretty good but not perfect.

It has an input format with all necessary paramaters, but they are not mandatory.

it sorts by author and date but you can't download groups.

And right now, you can't even search it.

The main thing is that it must be time stamped and unalterable, even by the board owner.
