Yes, I know, there are problems with Shan's predictions, his website and his postings. Language is no help either.

I don't know where the 200km came from. He's always used a +- 3 degree box.

In case of conflict I would take the website. Posting errors are always possible.

That assumes he wouldn't change things of course.
