For the several years, Roger was not supporting my method and did evaluation after the Chinese
did it. I think some good intuition about my method and now he is come forward to work again.
At this moment your comment that "It's just not worth the effort" is not fair when one doing a
job. Hope Roger will come out with balanced work and not any deviation from his duty.
Even if he announces it is only 20% success rate, it is a clue for further development.
