M4.9 west of San Clemente fault

There was just a M4.9, which if the location is accurate, is probably west of the San Clemente fault. The focal mechanism shows slightly oblique thrust motion....on an E-W plane..either N-dipping or S-dipping.....I wonder if this is contraction related to a restraining trend on the strike-slip San Clemente fault (as in Mark Legg stuff), or if it is part of the more regional contraction that makes the giant anticline farther west...(although the giant anticline(s) has a different orientation...NNW-SSE.
