Simply, Both in one person! (I think you saw me talking to someone like that at the AGU, if you recall?) He's ruggedly handsome, smart and dresses casually smart. You know its not political to understand an audience and deliver something you wish for them to learn or enjoy. But if one wants to arrive on top, they need to look like they belong there.
