We have been looking at places less expensive to live. The value of our house has quadrupled since I built it in 1992. (I was the designer but not the general contractor, although I was here every day.) It's hard to find a new place once you have built your dream house. I don't ever want to do that again. Phew. Talk about stress. So we will be looking at terra firma and not to inclimate weather. Will check out Bisbee. Our son is in Eugene, OR, so we are looking there, too. I am about to become a grandmother next Feb. or March. Aaahhhhhh! But the main reason to move would be so Marco can retire. That would be fantastic. He deserves it.

OT question. I know all about Cobra health insurance, but know nothing about Hippa. Anyone want to chime in about this program? I'm way too young for Medicare.
