I am convinced that California, Arizona,Nevada or Baja, one of those is about to really get rocked. The longer it takes, the larger I believe it will be. I would guess in excess of a 7.5, unless it's a subduction quake off Oregon. Many reasons, including Frank Condon's readings which far exceed those of Hector, the number of headaches, etc. By April 23rd.
