After large earthquakes most people get sort of a quake anxiety. I'm one of them. And one should approach a second quake with some sense of calm, so if I'm awake after that with a formula for calmed nerves, I'd be better off with some sleep than none. Don will tell you I'm not the most pleasant person when I don't have enough sleep. He usually looks behind me and says, "did you get your tail caught in a trap or what?" Most of the time I laugh...
