If the Rodgers Creek Fault has a large quake, could that break some or many of the levees in the delta country east of Antioch and Vallejo? I have not studied the quakes in that area, and I know little about the geology of the area. I have been on the levees near Lodi, and they are earthen, and not rock levees. They would be suseptible to liquifaction? Could there be another catastrophe like New Orleans in the delta region? Sure am wondering about this.
