Well.. I did break down and buy earthquake insurance for one of my properties.. when it came in at only $300 a year, I decided it was worth it.. I think that property might be in a higher danger than my Long Beach property.. it's down in Dana Point - near the San Joaquin Hills fault system... and onshore from the rose canyon..
