I would like to point out something else about the buses.

Each bus requirs a driver. School buses are operated by regular members of town. So we have to realize that these drivers have families and are trying to evacuate just like everyone else.

I guess an option would have been for the school district to tell each driver to take a bus home. Get your family and your important stuff. And on you way out of town stop at Glenview Elementary. Pick up as many as you can, as they are using the school as an evac center, along with all of the other schools.
