Thanks for your comments. Here is something else of interest to all Google Earth users here. In case you did not know, USGS offers a KML feed for Google Earth. Go to the link below. Scroll down to "KML Files". Download the file you want to your computer. Then open the file in Google Earth, and all of the current quakes from the last 7 days are automatically plotted on the map for you. The map automatically updates itself every 5 minutes. I have just a few gripes about it though. There is no easy way to filter, sort or otherwise manipulate the data. Also it seems only useful if you zoom in really close because the labels are covering the screen when you are zoomed out (probably not too bad with the 2.5+ file). Other than that, it's great.
