It's fun to try and predict these things. I would never suggest that somebody give warnings each time though. I would say that living here in Southern Cal is sufficient reason to be prepared all the time. I also read your posts about San Fransisco being in a state of denial, which I totally agree with Don. I think So Cal is in a state of stupidity about it. So many newbies here and all.
