Hi Mojave Mags. Welcome. It’s interesting that you get the odor of sulphur from your well. Something you may want to try is to determine that you are getting the odor before an earthquake and not after an earthquake. Pay particular attention to the small quakes that occur in the immediate vicinity of the well. Use a small radius, say around 5 miles for quakes in the range of M=2.0. A larger radius for larger quakes. You may have to move the radius around a little bit until you find the range that gives the best results.

In the Hot Creek area at Long Valley Caldera the temperature of the water almost always changes after a small quake. It never changes before a small quake. The quake can be as small as a M=1.0. Good luck. Take Care…Don in creepy town
