Hello Dr. Chouliaras, When it works, there's nothing like it! Here is a fun story I like to share about "knowing" when earthquakes are coming. Last winter I had a left ear tone that I knew was for the Eureka area, the Triple Junction. I was watching the Berkeley Seismograph/Momento Mori and my daughter came to see me in the computer room and asked me what I was doing. I told her I was waiting for an earthquake to arrive in Eureka and wanted to see it on the seismograph. I invited her to sit with me and see if it arrived. With good fortune, within five minutes it hit. She was very excited. So we went to see the USGS maps and there it was. She said, "cool Mom, you can predict earthquakes." While it cannot be perfect everytime, every once in a while the delivery is right on target. Though its a double edge sword in the process. When being right about a small earthquake feels good, being right about a deadly earthquake is not so good. Somewhere between point A and point C, lies point B. B is the resolution to discovering why people know earthquakes are coming and putting perfection on something that is imperfect today. Can it be accomplished? Yes, indeed it can. It takes much work, patience, persistence and caring. I like to think of it as a gift wrapped with love. Much like the feeling a doctor has when making the correct diagnosis for a condition that others didn't see. Most women have this gift in being intuitive about their children. There is no explanation for it, but everyone knows it exists. The body/terra firma link exists also, is it rare? Probably not. With further research I hope to be able to answer this question. Pat
