Cannot Earthquakes Be Predicted? |
Hi John & Chris, Here's a good example of a debate amongst seismologists about methods of predicting earthquakes, which can be a topic of discussion. {John, for the memory test, I read this once 6 years ago and found it in a heartbeat. I bet you'll never figure out what four words in the article I memorized.} I have three questions: Can anyone explain this statement: Does funding have anything to do with the ability to predict earthquakes today?
