Actually now this challenge has me curious. I wanted to see if I listed a bunch of predictions within a week to see what % success I could get. So here are the following:

All predictions start now 7/9 10:40AM and end 7/16 10:40AM and are for magnitudes between 1.2 and 3.0.

30 mile radius of downtown San Diego
30 mile radius of Danville California
30 mile radius of Hollister California
30 mile radius of Ventura California
30 mile radius of Bakersfield California.
