Hi Cathryn. Down in the Panoche Valley in southern San Benito County they had almost 30 inches of rain this year. Normal for the area is 14 inches. They have much more vegetation and it is getting dry as a bone. All the rain does is insure you will have a lot of vegetation. The wind and sun sucks up all the moisture. Take Care…Don in creepy town
