We've seen this before, but there is quite the pronounced NE-SW alignment between the Outer Borderland quake and Coso area, including the 3s near the San Andreas and the 4.7 at the edge of the Central Valley...kind of Lowell W.-like....I think John may have called upon a strain transient or something a few months ago to explain a flock of quakes west and east of Baja.....maybe see if this current thing is migrating northwest......if it is even real....
