I'll let you know if I try this.....otherwise, for now, I can't tell what is going on without more information...although it sounds like you are not getting this correctly downloaded. Generally, Internet Explorer does not give me easy ways to download certain kinds of files (like PDF), and rather than figuring it out, I use Netscape, which gives me a prompt for open or download.
I'm using Windows 2000 these days because I had to switch from MAC because of 3 different softwares I use for work...
