... from the eruption of Mt. Toba under Sumatra, considering what is going on there now? The entire Indian subcontinent was wiped out, not to mention most of Indonesia. Ten years of nuclear winter ushered in an ice age. Ash from Mt. Toba was three meters deep in India and found as far away as Greenland. Toba is still an active volcano. These recent eruptions around Sumatra should be concerning.
