I don't think this would do much unless combined with external fields.....but I was half joking....although you may want to try the high-tension power lines just for kicks.....
If I were you, I would not spend any money on this unless it looked like it was leading somewhere. And, as you know, I'm not going to/am in no position to do anything with results of such a test.
