Dearest Antonio,

Sometime ago I met a seismologist that used to write me in Italian and I loved ever word. But with you I began to question whether you were whom you wished me to believe or otherwise. As I have sent you three personal e-mails and you have failed to respond to any of them, this gives me pause to question, especially the last one regarding painting.

However, the one clue that really got the mystery going was how it was that you had the internet connection, had been a professor and yet couldn't find the listings for earthquake catalogs.

Though you've made the journey interesting, I would very much like to know who you are and whether you've had a good time at our expense, especially mine, or if you have an explanation that is suitable.

I'm not a genius by any means, but my intuission is rarely wrong and all the bells and whistles started going off a long time ago, so how about it, would the real Professor Antonio Romino, please stand up. The ball is on the fifty yard line, go for the goal, say something that tells me I'm totally wrong. If I am wrong, I'll stand and deliver the best apology on record. I have a feeling I already know you, so it would be nice to confirm my suspicions "MW".

Checkmate...Pat
