Petra...if you are dying to you can note the 2.3 in southern Massachussetts (sp?)...but, I don't think Lowell ever said high Kp inhibited quakes...I think it was high proton flux...and although I used to really think high Kp triggered some quakes......I really have not seen this demonstrated (I'd have to look at Lowell's thesis, see if he demonstrated it, and try and get Roger to reproduce this.....)....not going to happen...
