I read this as follows:

(All circles are centered on Naples)

5.0 within a  2,000km circle in  2 days or a
5.5 within a  4,000km circle in  4 days or a
6.0 within a  8,000km circle in  8 days or a
6.5 within a 16,000km circle in 16 days or a
7.0 within a 32,000km circle in 32 days.

With a prediction like this, how can you miss?

I ask this question because a 32,000km circle
covers every inch of the globe. There is an
average of twenty 7.0 events a year, so predicting
a 7.0 anywhere on earth in a 32 day period is
like predicting the Sun will rise tomorrow.
