I concur, if there is a moderator who could post here about any spikes in activity, and the general location that these reports are coming from. Good idea.

So Petra, what do you propose we do about this? I imagine you being on the receiving end of these reports, and responsible for posting here any spikes you see. Does that jive with your ideas for this project? If so, how and where would you like these reports sent?

I assume you, with all your contacts, would be able to spread the word through the media about such a repository.
