The idea really isn't mine. It came from Don's post. But good ideas are good almost everywhere.

The circulation to inform the public of the repository should be fairly simple. Either call a press conference, do a press release or ask someone who is interested in such things who sits in a power position and have them do it. There should be a willing volunteer somewhere. I can think of possibly 2 right off the top of my head. One of them is a scientist the other sits in Sacramento.
