Predictions anyone?

I've heard of 2 preditions for large california quakes for the month of March - One was overheard in the bank line..I don't know the guy's source of logic on this one - he got away before I could ask... and the other was sent from a friend from some psychic astrologer...

Anyone heard of these things?
