Trying to find FFAs this way is scientifically not interesting, because it is too hard to tell whether a M3 or M4 means anything. There did not seem to be anything unusual after the M9.0 at distances greather than, say, 1000 or 2000 km, so I don't really expect distant effects from a M7. On the other hand, there was a M8 a few days before the M9, and that did not seem to me to be a coincidence. By the way, the depth of the M7 was 490 km, so there was probably no damage, even at the epicenter. And, no tsunami should have been expected.
