Candlestick,

You are covering hundreds of miles in your predictions. Can you assess a percentage of chance to these locations and perhaps why you think so many area's might receive a large quake?

I am puzzled about your Punta Gorda to Cloverdale prediction. While the North Coast surely could deliver a 6.0 without much difficulty, from there down to Cloverdale, if you are following the inland faults, they don't have much history of 6's in those areas.

I agree that the likelihood of a quake from San Francisco to San Jose is possible, it could travel in several different faults. The Calaveras, the Hayward and the San Andreas.

I believe I missed your quake prediction method somewhere along the way, so you if you have a moment and can bring me up to date on how you form your predictions I would very much appreciate hearing how you do this.

Thanks....Pat
