Sphere in a box

Petra,
I read these boards because I, too, hear tones, and some of them are followed by eq's. I have no experience predicting quakes and have very very little knowledge of geology, and therefore have not 'contributed' in any way to these boards. I do, however, have 35+ years in problem-solving complex electrical engineering issues, and would like to encourage you to think OUTSIDE the box.

Conventional scientists and engineers insist upon time-proven facts, hard data and exacting information. Roger, for instance, has shown a remarkable ability to analyse patterns, predictions and the like, and is interested in helping you develope your project via scientific criteria.

But think outside the box. Many, many, many great scientific principals were ridiculed by established scientists while in development stages. If you think you are on to something, explore it. Listen to your inner voice, your intuition.
