Thanks, Mary! You need Acrobat Reader to download his maps. When you get to them, you will see his hotspots are practically everywhere. I think I understand the logic of predicting 7.0 quakes on past 7.0 or higher quakes. The area is probably seismically unstable. But if you look at his maps, there is hardly an area that isn't covered. In CA, he got the San Simeon quake and Parkfield. I can give him that. But doesn't a sizeable quake release strain in a particular area, rather than indicate a danger in the following years? And what about quakes that fall outside his many boundaries?
