2 Questions - John, Chris, Roger

I was reading an article this morning about a water well in Missouri having a decrease before the earthquake in Indonesia and an increase after. So I was wondering if any of you have heard any information about any kind of data sites anywhere in the world reporting changes before this great quake?

Next question. Though there are few 9.0 quakes in recent history, are any of you aware of changes in seismicity patterns after one of these events, which would either be regional or global?

As most know, after Loma Prieta the numbers of 4.0 or larger quakes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area came to a near screeching halt, thus indicating most of the regional stress had been relieved. Since then, we've only had the 5.2 Yountville and 5.0 Bolinas quakes.
