Yes, left ear is definitely south. Funny, I don't see that quake on the map. Are you sure it wasn't an error? Also I've got a bead on my "feeling earthquakey" experiences. When I feel earthquakey, it always is for an earthquake somewhere around the globe that there is a substantial loss of life. Don't ask. I can't explain it. I was feeling earthquakey about two weeks ago, and the sensation just kept increasing until the Sumatra quake. Then, it was gone. I used to think it was only for local earthquakes, but no more. I realize that somehow, through some force I can't explain, I sense these things in advance. I will continue to post my earthquakey feelings when I feel them. It will be interesting to keep an eye on my record. Now, I was not feeling earthquakey before the 7 and 8 in Hokkaido. There was not a substantial loss of lives from those quakes, as far as I know. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
