The 3.0 in Baja means nothing. You will by chance have probably dozens or hundreds of M5s within one of the rings within a few days, somewhere in the world. Roger's correlations suggested that there was nothing special about the chosen rings for M5+s.....except there was the hint that there could be a small effect near 102 or something like that. When quakes are posted, it will be interesting to see if there is a global burst like in early June 2000....but I don't expect these to fall on the rings...although the antipode (180 deg) may be interesting.
