Re: Headaches & a prediction

Just a note to mention that I received two clear short sharp headaches on Sunday (01/23/00)afternoon, both were pointing in a west-northwest direction. The first was at around 2:30 pm PST in the right temple, the second was at about 3:50 pm PST while changing from the 101 E to the 405 N as the left side of my forehead (where the pain was)passed the same direction (west-northwest). Earlier in the day I experienced a long ear ringing in the right ear at 15:37 GMT (7:37 am PST).

During the previous week, several episodes of dizziness or loss of balance occurred during each day before the 3.4 at Big Bear, the 3.8 at Mammoth Lakes and the 3.1 at San Clemente Island. This is a symptom that I had many times before Northridge aftershocks for about three years ('94,'95,'96). I didn't know how to interpret them this time, but watched as this activity and a couple Hector Mine aftershocks occurred right after each episode or episodes of dizziness.

On the headaches and ear-ringing above, I would interpret this as a possible 3.5 or greater for the area from northern Channel Islands to Monterey Bay within 4 days of this post. (34 N to 37 N, 118 W to 122 W).
