interesting prediction, but the activity does not compare to the swarm of 3s and some 4s that occurred in a short time interval (couple days?) in Santa Monica bay a week or 10 days before Northridge....that 1994 swarm I noted as unusual and discussed it with Lowell Whiteside before the quake. Lowell says he issued a prediction, but I don't think I saw the prediction before the quake...
