I did not even read the whole prediction, as it seems not credible. And this is from someone who is curious about Tim's (and Petra's) Northern California/Parkfield prediction. I think I gave up when he was talking about the frequencies of precursors, which are what are measured by seismometers, and would be detected by seismometers if they existed.
