day of the week count

Petra, Don;

I counted the day of the week for all the mag 7+ quakes in the Centennial catalog (plus NEIC for 2000 to 2004)

The distribution is not significantly different from a uniform distribution.

There are 1631 quakes in the sample. I used a chi-square test with 233 as expected (average per day).
