As soon as I read your post I flipped over to the USGS page for CA and instantly Ocotillo Wells popped in my head. Then I looked at places all over and was batting zero in getting any more ideas and I thought, shoot if you thought of it already and you don't have a clue about anything, go with it.

Thanks for hosting the contest, they really are a fun thing to do. I am looking forward to seeing your poster at the AGU, it's on my schedule.
