Petra...Thanks, I had not looked at the space weather page for a few days, and missed the extreme (highest category) Kp 9 on Nov 8. But, it has been Kp 9 today, with an X-class flare. Don't forget that Roger could find no link between the largest solar flares and M5+ quakes....but he did not do geomagnetic storms, and it may be that you have to be looking at M3 quakes inb certain areas...I'd add Mt. Rainier and its recent activity to Don's list.
