Finally the expected 23rd Oct. (Japan) quakes occurred as predicted on 23rd Oct.
In this context, I would like to inform that Chinese first deducted it through
Infrasound precursor method and confirmed by AmirReza and myself on 22nd October
by cloud / sunlight method. Please note that further aftershocks precursors were
also registered at my observatory today so that quakes will continue for another
48 hours atleast or more from today.

It is a good team work and a challenge to the non believers of ' Earthquake
cannot be predicted ' front end experts.
