Taiwan quake

Hi Petra and Roger,

Since I was out of station for a last couple of days due to pilgrimage to
Sabarimala near Trivandrum, I am unable to call you. I would like to bring your
notice about Taiwan quake, as reported by USGS:

2004/10/15 04:08:50 24.51N 122.67E 96.5 6.7 TAIWAN REGION

But the same quake was listed by Central Weather Bureau of Taiwan as:

10/15/2004 12:8:50
Epicenter: 24.4 N 122.91E
Depth: 58.8 km
Magnitude (ML): 7

So it is clear evidence that the recent strong Taiwan quake was a Moon induced
quake. Roger may deviate with this one, but I am getting stronger with my concept
after this proof once again.

Since North-East Monsoon started over Southern India, I was unable to traced it
properly because it was registered partially at my end. As you knew, without registering
minimum 3 consecutive days readings, I am unable to fix the magnitude of any incoming quake.

Meanwhile, Chinese are still expecting another 7 or 8M quake around 23rd October.
I don't know whether I am able to catch this fish in the troubled climate.

Shan
