14 X 37.5 is 525 miles...a ways further than Parkfield from you. LOL But I think we decided awhile back that your ear tone direction is opposite from the rest of us, thus your right ear denotes North/West/NE possible epicenters.

Not giving too much away here, our group is having a lot of north ear tones which point to the Triple Junction and most likely would be in the >5.0 range.

So where is 525 miles plus from you? Since it woke you up that means you missed some number of seconds for sure, but as to how many who knows? But 14 seconds on its own means it would be outside of California and perhaps with the missing seconds in Washington State. Now that's interesting.

But if your thoughts that your ear tones equal about 3 miles a second, rather than 37.5, it wouldn't be far enough away from you not to feel it when it arrives. That's only 42 miles. So we could have one in Don's neck of the woods if its for south of you and I think mid-peninsula if it goes north, around the Monte Vista fault....Ooo on that too.

Ah well, let's see what happens....I'm more than a little curious.
