The way I'm looking at it, Candlestick posted this hoping for additional discussion on it because it was an unusual quake. Looking at that 20 year map, it is the only one to have happened in that location. There were a couple of others not to far from there, but only that one in that location. So it does bear some interest.

You mentioned home page. What home page? Does this home page contain the links for the various earth changes as they occur?

All in all, I would hope that the rules being formulated as we go along are applied evenly across the board (which as I see it is not happening).
