The coverage of Ivan late last night on CNN and also on MSNBC was far better than the coverage on MSNBC on Frances...they were really careful not to overestimate the winds....in fact, they talked about observers overestimating winds....maybe they read my critical post the other day....more likely, they received complaints....they had really been doing a dis-service to the public....I did not have full cable TV when Frances came in so could not watch CNN.....now, on the Jean.....which will be more of a threat to the east coast....
