Gotta chime in, here. Yesterday, I almost issued a similar prediction for the Bay Area, based on increased strain at Parkfield, then the Pinnacles swarm, then the nice little dish breaker up at Don's place.

Don's prediction is more precise than mine (naming the segment of fault, etc.), so I just might ride piggy-back on his prediction. (If he'll let me.)
