I have to admit - I believe in earthquake weather - but I think there's a difference in the definition of what is considered earthquake weather between northern cal and southern cal.. I forget who I was talking to about this.. My impression is that it is quake weather in southern cal when its hot, dry - rahter like 'santa ana' wind conditions - then it gets very still... birds go silent, bugs go silent...
