Earthquakes and the sun - Earth - moon angle

Roger, a while ago I did the calculations for the 17 most powerful recent earthquakes. And 10 of them occurred when the sun and the moon were within about plus or minus 35 longitude degrees (70 degree range) of one another in the sky. So you have 60% of the earthquakes occurring within just 20% or so (70/360) of the possible longitude range. That looks significant to me even without doing any statistics. Additionally, that range centered roughly around the position where the sun and moon were in the same longitude position in the sky rather than when the center of the range was 50 degrees to the east or west of that location. Again, those are significant data.
