This is the CA EQ map I use. The USGS used to have a similar map of the world, but they deleted it, I believe, a few years ago. I use the IRIS map now, but am wondering if there is a better world map out in cyberspace I'm not aware of. My problem with the IRIS map is that you can't always see exactly where an EQ has hit, even when you zoom in.
